What is Spinelli e-Friend’s Card?
It is a contactless prepaid discount card found within the Liquid Pay app that offers you the convenience to purchase any food & beverages at 8% savings. Simply present the topped up e-Friend’s card upon payment to enjoy cost savings.
How much does it cost?
FREE! Simply download the Liquid Pay app (available on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and add Spinelli's e-Friend's Card into your e-wallet.
How does it work?
Upon storing the value, all you have to do is scan the QR Code found at the counter through the app after you have placed your order and the value of your order will be deducted from your e-Friend's Card immediately.
How do I know the balance on my e-Friend’s Card?
Check your e-Friend's Card balance anytime, anywhere, simply by logging in to your Liquid Pay app, all in the matter of a click!
How do I reload my e-Friend’s Card?
Go to your e-Friend’s Card and top-up via your credit card. Feel free to ask our friendly crew at the nearest Spinelli Coffee outlets if you need assistance to getting started. Our top-up value comes in tiers of S$15, S$30, S$50 and S$100.
Where can I use it?
The e-Friend’s Card can be used at selected Spinelli outlets in Singapore.

What happens to my physical Spinelli Friend’s Card?
The physical Friend’s Card system has been ceased since 28 February 2018. We advise you to switch to our e-Friend’s Card so that you can enjoy even more member privileges coming your way!

The Spinelli e-Friend’s Card is a mobile e-wallet powered by Liquid Pay.

Members have to add value to their e-Friend’s card and present the card via the Liquid Pay app during the payment transaction in order to enjoy the member privileges. Members’ privileges will only be applicable upon adding value to their e-Friend's Card, and presenting via the Liquid Pay app during payment.

The availability of the Spinelli e-Friend’s Card and Liquid Pay may vary from country to country. Members must also make sure to download the latest versions of the Liquid Pay app in order to enjoy using the Spinelli e-Friend’s Card seamlessly.

The Spinelli e-Friend’s Card can be used at selected Spinelli outlets. Please refer to the FAQ section on further clarifications on where it can be used.

There will strictly be no refund provided on any remaining balance within the Spinelli e-Friend’s Card upon termination of the card or un-installation of the app.

The e-Friend’s card is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to a third party

Spinelli Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any mishandling of the Spinelli e-Friend’s Card.

Any denied payment will be returned to your relevant mode of payment for that particular transaction, less any applicable fees or charges that may be imposed.

Spinelli Pte Ltd shall determine at its absolute discretion on the basis of the privileges that come with the e-Friend’s card and so may be changed at any occasion without prior notice. Spinelli Pte Ltd reserves the right to refrain from disclosing the methods of calculation or how the privileges are determined to be to customers for whatever purpose.

Spinelli Pte Ltd may suspend or terminate members’ access to the Spinelli e-Friend’s Card and its privileges at any time if it suspects any misuse of service, or if these terms and conditions are found to be breached.
